Newgen Professional Centres are architecturally designed, energy efficient complexes constructed to professional
standards to accommodate office and retail tenants. Each building is approximately 30,000 Sq.ft. in area and
consists of three floors, each of approximately 10,000 Sq.ft. Individual ground level entries are available for
main floor tenants and balconies are provided on the upper floors.
Construction is steel and concrete with brick
cladding and reflective glazing.
The focal point of each building is the exposed glass elevator and tiled lobby area. Heating and cooling is
provided by a geothermal system with individual controls. Parking for the commercial buildings consists of 36 surface
stalls and a 149-stall separate and designated underground parkade.
The buildings are located midway between Marshall Rd and the Trans Canada highway providing an ideal location
